As an authorized dealer for Demag products, Precision Crane has the ability to offer our customers many advantages when it comes to their Demag equipment. One of the greatest advantages can be had when it comes to spare parts.

Precision Crane realizes that when a customer has a breakdown, getting back up and running again is the highest priority. Long delivery times mean longer downtimes for our customers. With that in mind, we endeavor to maintain an inventory of the most common Demag parts. In instances where we do not have a requested item in our own inventory, we can order the part from Demag's warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio (delivery is usually around 7-10 days). If a customer is in dire need of a part, overnight service from Cleveland is also available.
